Dr. Uzi Baram is professor emeritus, New College, in anthropology and historical archaeology with a specialty in exploring the past through archaeology of the ancient Seminoles in the Sarasota area. He is a dynamic speaker who brings the past to life and relates it to our contemporary lives with enthusiasm and charm!

Ways and Means will be available to make donating to our
Community Outreach Partners easy and convenient. Members' generous gifts will benefit both the Women's Resource Center and F.E.L.T. The fundraising focus at this event will be F.E.L.T., "Feeding Empty Little Tummies", a non-profit that provides food for students in Manatee schools each weekend, to help supplement family supplies when school is not in session. Jessica Ryherd from F.E.L.T. will be present to educate us about this worthy organization.

How to Reserve Group Seating- Tables of 10
- Each group of 2 or more who want to be seated together should have a single "Hostess" (contact person) to interface with the luncheon planners.
- Please try to organize your group before registering. On the Registration form, you will be asked to provide the last name of the Hostess of the group you should be seated with. Please indicate last name and first initial.
- Changes to a group should be made by the Hostess contacting Jeanette no later than Friday, October 4.

Guest Policy: "For UPWC General Meetings/Luncheons, guests who are qualified to become a member may attend, accompanied by a member, only once. If a member does not renew her membership, she may not attend as a guest in any future year".
